Solo Youth Sports for Kids Who’d Rather Do Their Own Thing

We are so lucky to live in an area that offers such a wide variety of youth sports. We are not limited by the standard choice of seasonal options, we can embrace alternatives, such as fencing (who doesn’t want to play with sharp pointy things?!), jump rope, rock climbing, and rowing.

If your child’s more interested in a sport that doesn’t involve so many players, we’ve got you covered! The sports below can be done solo or as part of a team/club.

We encourage your kids to try at least one that they have never tried. It will not only contribute to their social, emotional, and physical health, but it may become a life-long passion.
