Halloween Day Events & Trick-or-Treating at Shopping Centers
Looking for something fun to do on Halloween day? Lots of shopping centers are offering the opportunity for kids to trick-or-treat! All of these events are happening Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
Be sure to confirm all details with organizer before attending.
Halloween Events on October 31, 2023
Halloween Festival
Paramount Park | October 31, 2023 | 6-9pm
Slime station, face painting, games, inflatables, costume contest and more. Free event, fee for inflatables.
Halloween Carnivals at Lakewood Parks
Lakewood | October 31, 2023 | 6-8:30pm
Special carnival activities will be held at Biscailuz, Bloomfield, Bolivar, Boyar, Del Valle, Mayfair, Palms and San Martin parks. “Haunted houses” for little ghosts and goblins to venture inside will be at Bolivar, Del Valle, Palms, and San Martin. Plus, inflatable attractions at Mayfair park for an additional fee. Each park will have a special theme.
City of Downey Pumpkin Patch Event
Downey | October 31,2 023 | 5-8:30pm
Carnival games, photo booth, face painting, food trucks, creepy crawl maze, inflatables, costume contest, and free candy (while supplies last). Held at the Downey Adult School.
Los Cerritos Center
Cerritos | October 31, 2023 | 5-9pm
The City of Cerritos and Los Cerritos Center invites families to attend the annual Halloween Festival. Costume parades, entertainment, game booths, and food trucks available. All-night ride wristbands will be available for purchase at the event until 8:30pm. Held at the west parking lot near food court.
Halloween Spooktacular & Trunk or Treat
Artesia | October 31, 2023 | 6-9pm
Visit Artesia Park for a night of music, candy, costume contests, food trucks, laser tag, and decorated trunk or treat vehicles.
Cops ‘N’ Goblins at the Civic Center
Buena Park | October 31, 2023 | 2-6pm
Bring your little goblins out for a Halloween and trick-or-treat experience as brought to you by your Buena Park Police Department and Community Services Department.
Surf City Spooktacular
Huntington Beach | October 31, 2023 | 4-7pm
Free family-friendly event with trick-or-treating, Monster March parade, costume contest, and more.
HalloweenFest at Neff Estate
La Mirada | October 31, 2023 | 4:30-8pm
Enjoy a haunted maze, costume contests, carnival-like games, crafts, and a trick-or-treat area located at the historic Neff Estate. Pumpkins available for families to decorate. Pets welcome.
Halloween Howl
Tustin | October 31, 2023 | 3:30-5:30pm
Find your way back home to Kansas by playing games, collecting candy, running through inflatables, walking through the petting zoo and entering costume contest. Held at the Columbus Tustin Recreation Center.
Halloween DTLA Festival for Kids
Grand Hope Park | October 31, 2023 | 5-8pm
Kids will love trick-or-treating, showing off their costumes at the character meet-and-greets, eating yummy snacks, and seeing the puppet and magic shows.
