This large-scale market is inspired by the famous open-air nighttime bazaars of Asia. It features 250+ food, merch, crafts, artists, games, live concerts, and entertainment. There’s only two weekends left for their flagship event in Arcadia. They’ll be at the OC Fair & Event Center this October 2021.

Cardboard City is a public art gallery and activity that’s free and open to all visitors! Tour the exhibit and see amazing cardboard art from LA artists, make cool creations, take classes! The classes are offered every hour on the hour, giving participants (ages 8+) a chance to go in depth with cardboard artmaking, learn new skills in cutting, forming, and building with cardboard.

Grunion Hunting

Southern California Beaches

Go on a grunion run before the season closes! Grunion leave the water at night to spawn on beaches during the spring and summer months. For four consecutive nights, beginning on the nights of the full and new moons, spawning occurs after high tides and continues for several hours. As waves break on the beach, grunion swim as far up the slope as possible. Don’t forget, anyone 16 and older will need a valid California sport fishing license to catch grunion.
